10/10. The best rest, delicious cuisine, huge portions. We visited Nirmala Villa during the rainy season of September-October, so most likely there were few arrivals, and two pools were completely at our disposal. The location is 9/10, I deducted a point for the fact that it's scary to walk in the evening, but in general the area is calm and the beach is not far away in 10-15 minutes. In general, you do not pay attention to such trifles due to the excellent time spent in this super hotel. The staff is very supportive and kind, always ready to help. The rooms are big and the view from balconies are stunning 😍

Got room upgrade, and the room and bathrooms felt new and clean. Pools and gardens were well-maintained. Easy walk to beautiful, barely used beach.

Nirmala Villa is by far the best guesthouse in the south of Sri Lanka. In habaraduwa away from the hustle and bustle in an oasis of peace. Embedded in palm trees you will find 2 pools. The service from the entire team is excellent. Nishantha is not just the owner of this incredibly beautiful resort but also a helper and counsellor in all matters. The value for money is incredible. It was not my first time here and certainly not my last.

Beautiful rooms with comfortable and big beds. Excellent cleaning standards. The staff was lovely and attentive. They gave me a room upgrade! There are two swimming pools to refresh and the nearest beach is beautiful. Good breakfast. Amazing value for the price.

We have spent almost a month in Sri Lanka and this is the best hotel we have stayed at. We were welcomed with a lovely juice and they upgraded us to a superior room which was super nice. Everyone was nice and friendly, the food was super tasty and it was very easy and convenient to communicate with the owner. The pools were clean and nice and the environment was super pretty. We wish we could have stayed longer and recommended everyone to stay here if they had the chance!

Room is comfortable and clean. Wash room is in very good condition. The staff is kind and friendly.

On arrival the owner personally warmly welcomed us. Stil I remember the tasty natural welcome drink. On request they provided us early dinner and breakfast. Cost of food is reasonable and tasty. In the morning without any request they had washed my car.When we faced some health poblem the owner and his staff came in no time to help us. Over the phone they got doctors advice on behalf of me. Even after leaving the villa the owner called me several times to know my health condition. Now I am ok. "Nirmala Villa is a home with friendly people in natural beauty."

Here are 2 beautiful pools, which are located surrounded by trees. Very clean rooms, and they maintain rooms very well. Wi-fi was perfect. We believe there was 100% of value for our money. Foods was very tasty and the hotel staff served us very nice manner.

When we entered this amazing hotel Nirmala Villa, it felt like a small jungle. This environment is similar to Bali, Indonesia and we enjoyed it here very much. Many rare species of flora & faunas also can be seen here as well. (birds, insects, butterflies, etc.) We highly recommend this place to visit for vacation. Thanks again Nirmala Villa.

I felt like this little hotel need much more recognition. It is a family owned little boutique like hotel with newly built luxury rooms and also normal rooms to be selected based on the affordability. The newly built rooms are highly modern and very spacious, not less than a room in a super luxury hotel. The area is very calm and beautiful with top notch landscaping with full of green. The property has two well maintained pools both with kids pools and deep ends. With all very reasonable prices (May be best rates for the quality in Galle) the breakfast is fulfilling and rich. As it is a one owner managed hotel I believe needs can be customized as per convenience. Could recommend for long stays also. I think this place should be popularized among local travelers also. Can highly recommend for gatherings also as the setting is suitable for such events.

The hotel is very beautiful, with two pools and really good breakfast on the room. Staff is very fiendly. Very good hotel for the price. They proposed us to stay in a better room for the same price. Also you can ask for food in the room for a reasonable price

The villa location is slightly aside from big/busy roads therefore you can enjoy nature sounds and birds singing. The villa itself is amazing the only problem is the second level is not cooled enough because the AC is located quite far... It is just to keep in mind if you are planning to live in the villa 3-4 people. The location has 2 pools, friendly for kids... And some places for nature with small fountains and waterfalls... Kids like this atmosphere! Another point is the staff is very-very friendly, the breakfast is always delivered in time and the people around make your stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this place!

We booked a standard double but were upgraded to a Superior Triple on arrival. The suite was amazing - the most modern and comfortable we have had in 3 weeks touring Sri Lanka. The Aircon is great and very quiet, aided by the modern insulation. The suite was more like an Australian modern house design than anything we have seen. The two pools were wonderful and some black monkeys visited the surrounding trees wile we were swimming. The greenery around the property is something that makes it special. The breakfast is delicious and varied, and the dinner (extra charge) was too. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the kind owner was very helpful. If you are looking to stay in the area this is the place to be.
